What is alloClae® Body Contouring?

Refined contours. Thoughtful treatment. A personalized approach. Add subtle volume without traditional fat transfer surgery.

Your body is unique. Your treatment plan should be, too.

alloClae® is an injectable structural adipose tissue product made from carefully processed, donated human fat tissue. It offers another option for patients seeking to restore localized volume, soften selected contour irregularities, or enhance natural body proportions without undergoing liposuction to harvest their own fat.

At FACE/FIT, our approach begins with understanding your goals, discussing the available evidence, and determining whether alloClae is an appropriate option for you.

Individual results vary. alloClae is a relatively new aesthetic treatment, and long-term clinical evidence remains limited.

Book your personalized consultation today and take the first step toward the curves you’ve always wanted.

A Different Approach to Body Contouring

Not every aesthetic concern requires surgery. For some patients, a small, targeted change can make a meaningful difference in the overall appearance of their contours.

alloClae provides localized volume using processed donor-derived adipose tissue. Unlike traditional fat grafting, it does not require liposuction to collect fat from your own body.

Treatment goals may include:

  • Softening the appearance of hip dips.
  • Refining selected buttock contours.
  • Addressing certain localized contour irregularities.
  • Exploring subtle breast contour enhancement when medically appropriate.

Suitability depends on your anatomy, medical history, treatment goals, and the area being considered. A consultation is necessary to determine whether this approach is appropriate.

What Alloclae Can Address

The treatment works best for patients with specific contouring goals rather than those seeking large-scale volume change.

Hip Dips and Hip Contouring:
For patients who would like to soften the appearance of indentations along the outer hips, targeted volume placement may help refine the transition between the waist, hips, and thighs.

The goal is a balanced contour tailored to your natural anatomy, not a standardized shape.

Breast Contour Enhancement: In selected cases, alloClae may be considered for localized breast contour concerns or subtle volume enhancement.

Breast treatment requires particular care because new lumps, nodules, calcifications, or other changes may complicate future evaluation. Your consultation should address breast imaging, screening, medical history, and the potential implications of introducing donor-derived tissue.

Not every patient or treatment area is suitable.

The Realistic Results Conversation

alloClae is a structural adipose tissue product manufactured by Tiger Aesthetics Medical. It is derived from donated human fat tissue that undergoes processing before clinical use.

The resulting material contains nonviable fat cells and structural components of adipose tissue, including extracellular matrix. It is intended to provide cushioning and support in localized areas where fat naturally exists.

It is different from conventional hyaluronic acid fillers, silicone implants, and fat harvested from your own body.

Importantly, alloClae does not contain viable donor fat cells. Its use should not be described as transplanting living fat cells from another person.

How Does Treatment Work?

1. Personalized consultation

We discuss your goals, medical history, allergies, previous procedures, and expectations. We also review alternatives, potential complications, and the limitations of current clinical evidence.

2. Individualized treatment planning

If treatment is appropriate, your provider will evaluate the area, discuss the intended degree of correction, and explain the proposed treatment plan and costs.

3. Treatment appointment

The product is placed beneath the skin in selected areas by an appropriately qualified medical professional. Local anesthesia may be used according to the treatment plan.

The duration and technique depend on the area being treated and the amount of product used.

4. Recovery and follow-up

Temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness, or firmness may occur. Your provider will explain activity restrictions, warning signs, and follow-up requirements specific to your treatment.

Initial appearance may be affected by swelling, so immediate results should not be interpreted as the final outcome.

What Makes This Different From Traditional Fat Transfer?

Traditional autologous fat transfer uses liposuction to harvest a patient’s own fat, which is then prepared and transferred to another area.

alloClae uses processed donor-derived adipose tissue instead. This eliminates the need to harvest your own fat, but it does not eliminate the risks associated with injectable tissue treatments.

Neither approach is right for everyone. The best option depends on the amount of volume desired, your anatomy, medical history, tolerance for surgery, and individual risk factors.

Our Commitment to Informed Decisions

We believe patients deserve clear answers before choosing an aesthetic procedure.

That means explaining what a treatment is designed to do, what remains uncertain, what alternatives exist, and what complications may occur.

alloClae is regulated as a human cell, tissue, and cellular and tissue-based product (HCT/P) under the applicable FDA tissue framework. It has not undergone the same premarket approval process as an FDA-approved drug or medical device.

Regulatory compliance does not establish that a cosmetic treatment is risk-free or guarantee a particular result.

Our priority is helping you make an informed decision based on your goals, your health, and the evidence available.

Schedule a consultation to discuss whether alloClae or an alternative treatment may be appropriate for you.

What is alloClae made from?
alloClae is manufactured from donated human adipose tissue, meaning fat tissue obtained from human donors. The tissue undergoes processing before use and contains nonviable fat cells and structural components of adipose tissue. Patients who have questions about donor sourcing, screening, processing, or tissue traceability should discuss them with their provider before treatment.
No. Traditional fat transfer uses liposuction to harvest fat from your own body before transferring it to another area. alloClae uses processed donor-derived adipose tissue and does not require fat harvesting from the patient. The procedures have different indications, limitations, and risks.
alloClae is marketed under the FDA’s HCT/P regulatory framework. It has not undergone the same premarket approval process used for FDA-approved drugs and medical devices. It is more accurate to describe it as an FDA-regulated human tissue product than as an FDA-approved injectable filler.
No medical procedure is risk-free. Potential complications include pain, infection, hematoma, cyst or nodule formation, skin discoloration, allergic or immune reactions, and anaphylaxis. Donor screening and tissue processing are intended to reduce certain risks, including the risk of transmitting communicable diseases, but cannot guarantee zero risk. Because alloClae is a relatively new aesthetic treatment, long-term human safety and outcome data remain limited. Your provider should review the current product instructions, contraindications, and available evidence with you.
Potential candidates are people seeking localized volume enhancement or contour refinement who understand the procedure’s limitations and risks. Your provider should assess your medical history, allergies, current health, previous procedures, treatment area, and expectations. Treatment may be inappropriate for some patients, including those with severe allergen sensitivities, a history of anaphylaxis, or an active infection, as specified in the product safety information.
It may be an option for selected patients seeking to soften the appearance of hip dips. The degree of improvement depends on anatomy, the treatment plan, and the individual response. It cannot guarantee a completely smooth contour or eliminate all natural indentations.
It may be used for selected, localized buttock contouring goals. However, it should not be represented as equivalent to a surgical Brazilian butt lift or as a way to achieve unlimited volume. Your provider should explain the expected degree of enhancement and discuss alternative procedures if your goals require more substantial reshaping.
Breast contour enhancement may be considered in selected cases, but it requires careful evaluation. Discuss your breast health history, existing implants, screening schedule, and future mammography with your provider. Ask how any new lumps or imaging changes will be evaluated and whether your radiology team should be informed about the treatment.
The duration of results can vary by treatment area, the amount placed, individual anatomy, and other factors. Reliable long-term human data are still limited, so a specific duration cannot be guaranteed. Ask your provider what evidence supports the expected duration for your particular treatment and whether additional treatment may be needed.
Some added volume may be visible immediately after treatment. However, swelling can affect the initial appearance, and the final result cannot be judged solely from the first few days. Your provider will explain when to assess your outcome and whether follow-up is recommended.
Recovery varies according to the treatment area, amount of product used, and individual response. Swelling, bruising, tenderness, and temporary firmness may occur. Your provider will give you individualized aftercare instructions and guidance about returning to exercise and other activities. Avoid assuming that an injectable treatment requires no recovery simply because it does not involve traditional surgery.
Potential complications include swelling, bruising, pain, infection, hematoma, cysts or nodules, skin discoloration, allergic or immune reactions, and anaphylaxis. Seek prompt medical assessment if you develop worsening pain, spreading redness, fever, unusual swelling, drainage, or other concerning symptoms. Difficulty breathing or swelling of the tongue or throat requires emergency medical attention.
Not necessarily. These treatments serve different purposes. Conventional dermal fillers are commonly used for facial or other specifically indicated areas. Implants provide a different approach to augmentation, while traditional fat transfer uses the patient’s own harvested fat. alloClae is a donor-derived structural adipose tissue product intended for localized cushioning and support. Your provider should compare the options based on the area being treated, the desired result, safety considerations, and the strength of available evidence.
Pricing depends on the treatment area, the amount of product required, provider fees, and the overall treatment plan. A consultation should include a written estimate covering the anticipated product quantity, professional fees, follow-up appointments, and any potential additional treatment.

We encourage patients to ask:

  • What experience and qualifications does my treating provider have with alloClae?
  • What evidence supports the expected results for my treatment area?
  • What are the risks and contraindications?
  • How is the donor tissue screened and processed?
  • What complications could occur, and how would they be managed?
  • What alternatives are available?
  • What is the total expected cost?
  • What follow-up care is included?

The best starting point is a consultation. Your provider can assess your goals, review your medical history, discuss the available evidence, and explain whether alloClae or another approach is the more appropriate choice.

There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.

Your questions deserve clear answers. Your treatment should be an informed choice.
