alloClae adds volume to the hips and buttocks using donated fat instead of your own, so there’s no liposuction and no surgical downtime. It’s a fit for patients who want to soften hip dips, add volume to the buttocks or lift the banana roll, and for patients who don’t have enough fat of their own to transfer.
What is alloClae® Body Contouring?
Added volume without harvesting your own fat.
alloClae® is an injectable made from donated human fat tissue by Tiger Aesthetics Medical. The tissue is processed so that what we place is the structure of fat, the supporting tissue and nonviable fat cells, rather than living donor cells. It adds volume where it’s placed, the way your own fat would in a traditional transfer, without the liposuction it takes to collect yours.
That makes it an option for two kinds of patients: those who want more shape without the downtime of surgery, and those who don’t have enough fat of their own to transfer.
alloClae is newer than most of what we offer, and long-term data is still limited. We’ll walk you through what’s known, and what isn’t yet, at your consultation.
Book your personalized consultation today and take the first step toward the curves you’ve always wanted.
A Different Approach to Body Contouring
Not every contour concern needs surgery. For many patients, a targeted change in one or two areas makes the biggest difference in how the whole shape reads.
With alloClae, the volume comes from processed donor tissue, so there’s no harvesting step and no second treatment area to recover from.
What we use it for:
- Softening hip dips
- Adding volume to the buttocks
- Lifting the banana roll, the fold where the buttocks meet the back of the thigh
- Smoothing small, localized contour irregularities
Whether it suits you depends on your anatomy, your medical history and what you’re hoping to change, which is what the consultation is for.
What alloClae Can Address
alloClae works best for specific contouring goals rather than large-scale volume change.
Hip dips: Placing volume in the indentation on the outer hip smooths the line from waist to thigh. The goal is a balanced curve that suits your frame, not a standard shape.
Buttock volume: For patients who feel the buttocks look flat or have lost volume with age or weight changes, alloClae adds fullness and projection where you want it.
Banana roll: Volume placed in the fold below the buttocks can lift and smooth the area where skin has started to sag.
What it doesn’t do: alloClae isn’t a substitute for a surgical BBL, and it won’t produce unlimited volume. We’ll tell you honestly at your consultation whether your goals fit what it can do.
The Realistic Results Conversation
This is the conversation we’d rather have before you book than after.
alloClae adds real, visible volume, but the change is measured, not dramatic. Most treatments use 7 to 16 syringes depending on the area and the result you’re after, and the amount placed is what decides how much change you see.
Some volume shows right away. Swelling means the first few days aren’t the final result, so we’ll tell you when to judge the outcome and whether a follow-up makes sense.
How long results last varies with the area, the amount placed and your own body, and long-term data is still limited. We’d rather be careful about that than promise a number we can’t back up.
How Does Treatment Work?
1. Consultation
We talk through your goals, medical history, allergies, previous procedures and what you’re hoping to see. We’ll also cover the alternatives and what the current evidence does and doesn’t show.
2. Your treatment plan
If alloClae is a good fit, we’ll map the areas, agree on how much change you want, and give you the number of syringes and the cost before anything is booked.
3. Treatment
Your provider places the product beneath the skin in the planned areas, with local anesthetic for comfort. How long it takes depends on the areas and the amount used.
4. Recovery and follow-up
Swelling, bruising, tenderness and some firmness are normal and settle over the following days. We’ll give you aftercare instructions, tell you what to watch for and set your follow-up.
How alloClae Compares to Traditional Fat Transfer
A traditional fat transfer uses liposuction to collect your own fat, then moves it to the area you want to enhance. alloClae uses processed donor tissue instead, so there’s no harvesting and no second area to heal.
That doesn’t make it risk-free, and neither option is right for everyone. The better choice depends on how much volume you want, your anatomy, your health and how you feel about surgery.
If you’d rather use a filler, our Liquid BBL with HD Radiesse adds volume and lift and stimulates collagen in the area.
About FDA status
alloClae is regulated by the FDA as a human tissue product (HCT/P). It hasn’t gone through the premarket approval process used for drugs and medical devices, so it isn’t accurate to call it an FDA-approved filler. We’ll go over what that means for you at your consultation.
alloClae Questions, Answered
What is alloClae made from?
alloClae is made from donated human fat tissue. Before it’s used, the tissue is processed so that it contains the structure of fat, the supporting tissue and nonviable fat cells, not living donor cells. If you have questions about how donors are screened or how the tissue is processed, ask us at your consultation.
Is alloClae the same as a traditional fat transfer?
No. A traditional fat transfer uses liposuction to take fat from your own body and move it somewhere else. alloClae uses processed donor tissue, so nothing is harvested from you. The two have different uses, limits and risks, and we’ll help you weigh them.
Is alloClae FDA-approved?
alloClae is regulated by the FDA as a human tissue product (HCT/P). It hasn’t gone through the premarket approval process used for drugs and medical devices, so it’s more accurate to call it an FDA-regulated tissue product than an FDA-approved filler.
Is alloClae safe?
No procedure is risk-free. Donor screening and tissue processing are designed to reduce risks such as disease transmission, but they can’t remove every risk. Because alloClae is newer, long-term safety data is still limited. We’ll go over the product’s safety information and whether it’s appropriate for you before you decide.
Who is a good candidate?
Adults in good general health who want localized volume or contour refinement and understand what the treatment can and can’t do. It may not be right if you have severe allergies, a history of anaphylaxis or an active infection. We’ll review your history, health and goals at your consultation.
Can alloClae treat hip dips?
Yes, hip dips are one of the most common reasons patients ask about it. How much smoother the contour becomes depends on your anatomy and the amount placed. It softens the indentation; it can’t promise a perfectly straight line.
Can alloClae be used for buttock enhancement?
Yes, for adding volume and projection in specific areas. It isn’t equivalent to a surgical BBL, and it won’t produce unlimited volume. If your goals need more reshaping than alloClae can give, we’ll tell you.
How long do results last?
It varies with the area treated, the amount placed and your own body. Long-term data is still limited, so we won’t promise a specific timeframe. We’ll talk through what to expect and whether a future touch-up is likely.
When will I see results?
Some volume is visible right after treatment. Swelling affects how it looks for the first several days, so the final result takes longer to judge. We’ll tell you when to assess it and set a follow-up.
Is there downtime?
There’s no surgical recovery, but expect some swelling, bruising, tenderness and firmness for a few days. We’ll give you aftercare instructions and tell you when you can return to exercise.
What are the possible side effects?
Possible complications include swelling, bruising, pain, infection, hematoma, cysts or nodules, skin discoloration, and allergic or immune reactions, including anaphylaxis. Call us right away if you notice worsening pain, spreading redness, fever, unusual swelling or drainage. Trouble breathing or swelling of the tongue or throat needs emergency care.
Is alloClae better than fillers or implants?
Not better, just different. Fillers such as the HD Radiesse we use for Liquid BBL add volume with a product rather than tissue, implants are a surgical approach, and a traditional fat transfer uses your own fat. We’ll compare the options for your area and goals.
How much does alloClae cost?
alloClae is $2,125 per syringe, with introductory pricing of $1,850 per syringe for our first 10 patients. Most treatments take 7 to 16 syringes, and we’ll give you an exact estimate at your consultation.
What should I ask at my consultation?
Good questions to bring: How much experience does my provider have with alloClae? What results are realistic for my area? What are the risks for me specifically? How is the donor tissue screened? What are my alternatives? What’s the total cost, and what follow-up is included? We’re glad to answer all of them.
How do I know if alloClae is right for me?
Start with a consultation. We’ll look at the area, review your history, talk about what alloClae can and can’t do, and tell you honestly if another option suits you better. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
